Francis Godo
FOUNDER & LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER
Francis is an experienced Business Process Engineer and Operational Excellence practitioner with extensive expertise in process transformation, Lean Six Sigma, and digital process automation. He has led multiple initiatives across financial services, fintech, manufacturing, and shared services, combining engineering thinking with practical transformation delivery.
Francis holds an MBA, a BEng in Engineering, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and SAFe practitioner. He specialises in BPM, operational excellence, and digital process automation including hands-on experience with intelligent document processing platforms, workflow engines, and fintech process integration.
